workability is a small but mighty specialty job board that connects inclusive employers with neurodiverse and disabled job seekers.

We started workability LLC for three main reasons:

• To expand job opportunities for neurodiverse and disabled job seekers around the world.
• To support and sustain our family with meaningful work that contributes to the greater good.
• To have a flexible schedule that allows us to take care of our family's health and well-being.

We produce professional education and development programs and events that focus on neurodiversity, DEI, talent acquisition, retention and employee engagement.

We have recently become a service provider for Vocational Rehabilitation services, including Pre-Employment Training (Pre-ETS), for the state of Oregon. We are in the process of becoming a service provider for the SSA's Ticket-to-Work program.
